Internet Banking Upgrade
We have upgraded our online and mobile banking system to serve you better with improved features, enhanced security, and access to the latest financial tools.
This upgrade applies only to customers of legacy Mifflinburg Bank & Trust, as well as any customers who have opened accounts as brand-new Central Penn Bank & Trust customers since August 1, 2025. This upgrade does not affect Legacy Norry Bank customers at this time.

First Time Login: Your username has not changed. Your temporary password will consist of your 5 digit ZIP code + last 4 of your TIN (social security number or EIN).
Contact Information: To ensure a smooth login to the new system, please make sure your contact information is up to date. If your phone number, email address, or mailing address has changed, contact the bank right away to update your records. Keeping this information current is essential for both security and successful online banking access.

Upgrade Information
Timeframe
Our internet banking upgrade is now complete and online banking services have been restored. You may access your online banking accounts via desktop or our NEW mobile app! Get the direct links below. Login Credentials: your username has not changed; your temporary password will consist of your 5 digit zip code + last 4 of your TIN (social security number or EIN).
Mobile App
Following the upgrade, you will need to download the NEW mobile application from your device’s app store. Please uninstall the old Central Penn Bank app and replace it with the Central Penn Bank Mobile app. Direct links can be found below.

Bookmarks
If you have the current online banking login website bookmarked in your device’s web-browser, please delete the existing bookmark. The URL to the new Central Penn Online Banking platform is https://www.olb-ebanking.com/031309686/login/
Login Information
After the upgrade, your current username will remain unchanged. Your email/phone number used to receive verification notices will also remain unchanged. You will be prompted to reset your password. Your temporary password will be the first five digits of your zip code and the last four digits of your social security number or TIN.
If you have established shared access to your online account with other users, please contact us to reestablish this service.
Information for Certain Business Customers
Subusers – If you have established authorized subusers to perform selected online transactions on behalf of your business, please be aware of the following issues that may require attention following the Upgrade Timeframe:
Subusers have login access but cannot view account information – your internet banking system administrator will need to reestablish subuser permissions.
Subusers cannot login to the system – your internet banking system administrator will need to reestablish subusers in the system.
Administrator is unable to add subuser - please contact us directly for assistance.
Check Images and Statements
Your check images and bank statements from a minimum of the past 36 months, or from the time you began using Central Penn Bank Online Banking (whichever timeframe is shorter), will be available after the update.

Recurring Loan Payments/Automatic Transfers
If you previously set up recurring loan payments or other automatic transfers in Online Banking, these will still be in place following the upgrade. Please confirm your recurring loan payments/automatic transfers by clicking on the “Transfers” tab.
External Bank Transfers
If you currently utilize external transfers, those between Central Penn Bank and accounts held at other financial institutions, will have to be reestablished in the system.
Alert Notifications
If you have previously established email or text alert notifications in Online Banking, these will need to be reset after the upgrade.
Please note that alerts will not be sent during the Upgrade Timeframe.
Online Bill Pay
If you currently use our bill payment system, your payees, recurring payment information and history should be available following the upgrade. Scheduled payments will be delivered during the upgrade period.
Quicken/QuickBooks
If you currently use Quicken/QuickBooks, please refer to the instructions here, provided by Intuit. The action dates referred to in the document are as follows:
Action Date 1: October 22, 2025
Action Date 2: October 23, 2025, by 12:00pm EST
If you are a Quickbooks Express user, services may not be restored until 5 business days after the upgrade on October 27, 2025.
External Accounts
Links to accounts held at other financial institutions will need to be reestablished in the new online banking system.
Money Management
Money Management settings and linked accounts will need to be reestablished in the new online banking system.
