Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
  • Central Penn Bank has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Central Penn Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Central Penn Bank doesn't jointly market.
Other Important Information

This notice has been revised and replaces all previous notices of our consumer privacy policy. The notice applies to all individual consumers who are customers or former customers of Central Penn Bank & Trust.

Additional Consideration for Online Banking

Some features included in digital banking may request access to data located on the device used to access digital banking. This may include biometric, camera, contacts, and location data. Users will be prompted to allow access to this data, and if access is not allowed, the feature requiring that data will not be fully functional.
