What is Benefits Plus®?

Benefits Plus® is an optional membership available to personal checking account customers that combines identity theft protection, savings opportunities, travel discounts, and additional lifestyle benefits.

How much does Benefits Plus® cost?

Benefits Plus® includes a 60-day free trial for new members. After the trial period, the membership fee is $3.95 per month.

Do I need an account to enroll?

Yes. Benefits Plus® is available to customers with a Central Penn Bank & Trust personal checking account.

Can I enroll online?

No. Benefits Plus® enrollment is completed through a Central Penn Bank & Trust office. To enroll, visit your local office or call 888-966-6282.

What is Ultimate ID® Plus?

Ultimate ID® Plus is the identity theft protection component included with Benefits Plus®. It includes credit monitoring, dark web monitoring, identity restoration services, lost document assistance, and identity theft insurance.*

Do I need to activate Ultimate ID® Plus?

Yes. Certain monitoring features become available after completing the activation and authentication process. If you do not complete activation, identity restoration and recovery services remain available.*

*Ultimate ID® Plus Disclosure

Ultimate ID® Plus monitoring services begin once you successfully validate your identity and complete the activation/authentication process. The primary owner and one joint owner of the account are required to each have their own email address for activation. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the authentication and enrollment process. If you do not complete the activation process, you will still have access to Fully Managed Identity & Fraud Protection, including remediation and recovery services.

Ultimate ID® Plus is powered by IdentityForce®, a TransUnion® brand. Other restrictions and limitations apply and are subject to change by Sontiq, Inc., Generations Gold, Inc., or any other related provider.
