What We Will Never Ask You For

Central Penn Bank will never call, mail, or text you asking for an account number, a password, or the details that identify you. Any message that does is not from us. If something arrives and you are unsure, call 888-966-6282 and we will tell you whether it is legitimate.

  • We will never ask for your full Social Security number or your debit or credit card number
  • We will never ask you to install software or change how you do things without secure notice first
  • Report anything suspicious right away, since acting quickly helps preserve your protections under federal law
